Biglari Holdings is a diversified holding company with operations spanning restaurants, insurance, and oil and gas. The restaurant segment includes Steak n Shake and Western Sizzlin; insurance operations include First Guard, Southern Pioneer, and Biglari Reinsurance; and oil and gas operations include Southern Oil and Abraxas Petroleum.
