Domino's operates the world's largest pizza franchise system with over 21,300 stores across 90+ markets generating $19 billion in system sales. The company employs an asset-light, 99%-franchised model with three revenue streams: supply chain operations (60%), which manufacture and distribute products to US and Canadian stores; US franchise fees and royalties (33%); and international franchise operations (7%). This structure generates recurring fee-based revenue while minimizing capital requirements and geographic concentration risk.
