Choice Hotels International operates approximately 657,000 rooms across economy, midscale, upscale, and extended-stay segments, with Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites representing its largest brands at 27% of total rooms. The company operates an asset-light, fully franchised model, generating 100% of revenues from franchisees, with 78% of rooms located in the United States. The portfolio includes lifestyle and select-service brands such as Ascend and Cambria, plus the WoodSpring extended-stay brand. The company expanded capacity by approximately 70,000 rooms following its August 2022 acquisition of Radisson.
