About Patterson-UTI Energy Inc

Patterson-UTI Energy is a Texas-based drilling and completion services provider to oil and natural gas exploration and production companies. The company operates through three segments: contract and directional drilling, hydraulic fracturing and completion services, and drilling products manufacturing. Patterson-UTI serves customers across the United States, Canada, Colombia, and select international markets, with the majority of revenue derived from North American operations.
