About
Sempra Energy is a major utility serving one of the largest customer bases in the United States, distributing natural gas and electricity throughout Southern California. The company owns an 80% stake in Oncor, a transmission and distribution company serving Texas. Sempra also holds a 25% ownership interest in Sempra Infrastructure partners, which operates liquefied natural gas facilities in North America and infrastructure assets in Mexico.
