About
Constellation Brands is the largest US alcoholic beverage company, generating 84% of revenue from exclusive US distribution rights to Mexican beer brands Modelo and Corona. Wine and spirits comprise the remainder of the business following recent asset divestitures. The company also maintains a 10% stake in cannabis producer Canopy Growth and a 50/50 joint venture with Owens-Illinois for glass manufacturing in Mexico.
