Penske Automotive Group is the third-largest publicly traded US automotive dealership by light-vehicle revenue, with approximately 150 stores across 19 US states and Puerto Rico, plus 217 franchised dealerships internationally in the UK, Australia, Germany, Italy, and Japan. The company sells over 40 brands with more than 90% of retail revenue from luxury and import vehicles. Additional revenue streams include commercial truck dealerships, used-vehicle retail operations under CarShop and Sytner Select brands, and automotive service and finance segments. Headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, the company operates a diversified dealership platform across multiple geographic markets and vehicle categories.
