The company is expanding into broadband through UltraFibra, which leverages infrastructure from I-Systems—a joint venture covering 8 million locations including 6.5 million fiber-enabled premises. TIM is acquiring full ownership of I-Systems in 2026, consolidating control of this broadband network. Telecom Italia owns 67% of the company.
